MEET CHAD

My love for physical fitness and taking care of the body began in high school. I remember writing diets and workout programs for many of my classmates. Playing high school football and weight training just seemed like the perfect fit for me, but I suffered a separated shoulder as a junior, and so I decided to put football on the back burner. While going through rehab with virtually no real results I decided to self educate myself to speed up the process. I pursued my interest in weight training at a local gym and was hired to run the front desk and sell memberships. In addition to that position I was hired at another gym as a personal trainer.

After graduation, I decided to pack up move to California. I was able to get hired on at Gold's Gym in Venice. "The MECCA". An absolute dream come true! Being able to meet all the bodybuilding Stars I saw in magazines was unbelievable. Within the first month of being there I was able to train with some of the bodybuilding elites. 

Now, back in Kansas City, I decided to open up my own gym facility in my home to train others based on my experience and the lifestyle they wish to have.  “Total body confusion” workouts really seemed to work the best for me. I had a specific goal in mind as to what I wanted my body to look like. This is the same methodology I use for my clients - working with them to determine the best solution for their own body.
