What can I expect on my first visit?

For the first visit, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask questions about your diet, your fitness history, and your goals. But come prepared to work hard! We'll have the first workout session to get a feel for the types of exercises that are best for your goals. 

What is the price?

Depending on your goals and our schedule, the price ranges from $45-65 per hour. 

What do I need to bring?

Please come prepared to work out - tennis shoes and athletic attire. You should also have a water bottle and protein for after the workout session.

Can my spouse come?

Yes! Whether your spouse is joining the training session or not, anyone is welcome. We have a private spa with a steam room and hot tub as well.

How often should I train with you?

At a minimum, I'd like to work out with you 2 days a week. We'll work together to come up with a schedule that works best for you and your fitness goals. 

How long is the workout?

The workout lasts about an hour. The first 15-20 minutes will include a warm-up and the remainder will be our training session. 

Can I check out the place before I sign up?

Absolutely! I'd love for you to come by and visit the facility and talk through opportunities for us training together.

Jen provides education on what, how, when, and why to use essential oil and their unique healing and therapeutic benefits. Just using some of the most common essential oils can: fight cold symptoms, soothe sore muscles, heal skin conditions, alleviate pain, balance hormones, improve digestion, and clean your home.
